Separate and identify materials
Photograph timber, bagged material and clean offcuts separately. Unknown bags or mixed material require manual review.

Keep regulated material out
We do not accept asbestos, chemicals, liquids, contaminated waste, medical material or structural demolition debris.

Expect a scope check
Dense material can look smaller than it is. The estimate may change if weight, volume or material differs from the submitted photos.
