1. The whole load
Take one wide photo from the edge of each room or pickup area. The goal is to show every group before individual details.
2. A useful sense of scale
Add measurements for bulky pieces and show their widest points. Avoid using a person as the scale reference.
3. Material and condition
Close views can identify timber, bagged goods, upholstery and fragile parts that affect handling.
4. The complete route out
Photograph doors, corners, stairs, lifts and gates in order. Include the narrowest point.
5. Where the vehicle can stop
Finish with the driveway, loading area or lawful curb and explain any booking or distance involved.
